What is personal information?
Personal information according to the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) is individual details about the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. Depending on the type of contract, this can include the name, address, date of birth, occupation and bank information, as well as specific types of sensitive data, such as health, income and financial standing. All this data is subject to special protection according to the BDSG, which we ensure through technical and organizational measures.
Collection of personal information
If you visit our website, we do not generally require any information from you. You can browse through the website absolutely anonymously within the meaning of the new BDSG.
However, if you wish to contact us, you must leave the public section of our website. Use of our website in this way is subject to explicit voluntary consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal information, insofar as it serves the purpose of your contractual or fiduciary relationship.
Processing personal information
Your personal data is only stored on in-house computers that are not connected to the internet. Right to access and correct stored personal information
